Raw Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 140 grams coconut oil
  • 160 grams RAW CACAO FINELY CHOPPED
  • approx. 140 grams COCONUT BLOSSOM SUGAR or blended dates (vary according to sweetness preference)
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground vanilla
  • 200 grams ground almonds
  • a little fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Preparation (20min)

  • Melt the coconut oil with the finely chopped cacao in a pot over low heat. Stir occasionally.
  • Mix everything together, pour into a mold. Put it in the fridge :-))
