Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cacaobliss, Hüeblistrasse 24, 8636 Wald ZH, cacao@cacaobliss.ch) by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, email) of your decision.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received including standard delivery costs within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal declaration. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You must return the goods without delay and at the latest within fourteen days.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that have already been opened or used
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal was removed after delivery
• Goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

Compensation for deterioration

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
