Shipping policy

Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and order value:

Switzerland:

  • Standard shipping: CHF 8.50
  • A-Post shipping: CHF 10.50
  • Free shipping for orders over CHF 100

Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process and are to be paid by the customer.

2. Delivery times

Delivery takes place within [1-8] business days after receipt of payment (Switzerland). The delivery period only begins after full receipt of payment.

The stated delivery times are non-binding guidelines. Delays due to force majeure, strikes, weather conditions or transport problems are beyond our control and do not entitle you to claims for damages.

3. Delivery area

We deliver exclusively to addresses in [Switzerland / Switzerland and EU / worldwide - please adjust]. Delivery to parcel stations or post office boxes is not possible.

4. Shipping service provider

Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

5. Transfer of risk

The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping service provider. From this point on, the customer bears the risk of loss or damage during transport.

6. Obligation to collect

The customer is obliged to accept the shipment upon delivery. In case of repeated absence and return of the goods to us, the shipping costs incurred will be charged to the customer. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.

7. Incomplete or incorrect delivery address

If the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, the customer bears the costs for investigations and re-delivery. If the shipment cannot be delivered, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Partial deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for the customer. Each partial delivery is considered a separate transaction.

9. Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs fees, import taxes or other charges may be incurred, which are to be paid by the customer. We have no influence on these costs and accept no liability for them.

10. Damaged shipments

Damage to the packaging or contents must be reported immediately to the delivery person and reported to us without delay in writing. Failure to do so has no effect on your statutory warranty rights, but makes it easier to enforce claims against the shipping service provider.

11. Storage of perishable goods

Our products (especially chocolate) are temperature-sensitive. In case of absence of the recipient and storage by the shipping service provider, we accept no liability for loss of quality due to improper storage or temperature exposure.

12. Self-collection

Self-collection is possible by prior arrangement. In this case, shipping costs do not apply.
